Abstract
The purpose of this study is the stability analysis of the sensor-less induction motor drives with stator resistance adaptation using estimation error index. The stator resistance estimation is difficult at no load, zero frequency, and high frequency. These problems are solved by decoupling adaptive schemes and adjusting the adaptive gain. The result of the stability analysis with pole placement method and the experimental results show the effectiveness of the method.
