Abstract :
The installation of the Large Hadron Collider at CERN is being completed. The magnets are installed and the emphasis is now given to the commissioning, with the cool down of each of the 8 sectors to superfluid helium temperature in progress. This work describes the cryogenic instrumentation and control system and their commissioning.
