Abstract :
In this paper, the authors propose a new process to conceive a circularly polarized electromagnetic band gap (EBG) antenna. Indeed, a meander-line polarizer (MLP) placed above an EBG antenna working at 30 GHz allows obtaining a circular polarization with an axial ratio lower 1 dB throughout the frequency band.
