Abstract
More and more sensitivity improvement is required for current sensors that are used in new area of applications, such as electric vehicle, smart meter, and electricity usage monitoring system. To correspond with the technical needs, a high precision magnetic current sensor module has been developed. The sensor module features an excellent linearity and a small magnetic hysteresis. In addition, it offers 2.5-4.5 V voltage output for 0-300 A positive input current and 0.5-2.5 V voltage output for 0-300 A negative input current under -40 °C-125 °C, VCC = 5 V condition.
