Abstract :
NGN capabilities is expected that various types of service providers will emerge through the convergence of traditional communications with broadcasting and broadband communications in NGN. Thus, considerations for multiple network and service provider environments are regarded as essential for the successful deployment of convergence services. This paper first defines requirements for convergence services in an environment with multiple service providers and convergence terminal capabilities for describing convergence service scenarios and deployment models. The deployment model for multiple network and service provider environment is described as a typical scenarios of convergence services on the content-level and functional level such as EDS.
