  • Abstract
In project, transmission planning assessment method long-time adopts single assessment index, it is choosing the optimal scheme from preliminary feasible transmission expansion plan schemes that they are subject to technical constraints. This assessment method is easy and simple, but it can not roundly assess the planning scheme. This paper presents a new transmission planning method based on technical and economic integration assessment, and establishes a set of indexes for integration assessment. The integration assessment method is based on the maximal index differentia of every planning scheme ascertain the weight of every index. In order to analyze the influence of uncertainty on selecting scheme, this paper puts forward a comprehensive sensitivity analysis method, and it can analyze the maximal allowable change quantity for retaining the priority sequence of preliminary feasible schemes. The method of technical and economic integration assessment provides a feasible method for transmission planning. A simple case shows that the technical and economic integration assessment for transmission planning is feasible, and it can avoid the shortage of least-cost method.
