Abstract
According to the characteristics and security requirements of electric power information systems, an overall information security assessment model based on the systems security engineering capability maturity model (SSE-CMM) is proposed, and fuzzy comprehensive judgment is applied in security assessment. The study of the assessment factors is calculated objectively by the method of entropy weight coefficient, not only by subjective judgment. Finally, the study of the case shows that the security degree of network systems of electric power can be conveniently found out with this method, while efficiently decreasing the computing complexity and influence from human factors.
