Abstract
This paper proposes a power system dynamic state estimation method (the improved fast-decoupled method) based on the phaser measurement unit (PMU) data and the SCADA data together, and points the shortage of the traditional state estimation methods This method forecasts the load flow data at the next time by the historical database, and combines the PMU data at the next time to dynamic state estimation for power systems. It indicates that this method not only shortens the computer time of the state estimation, but also increases the precision of the state estimation through analysis of example. This method is much more applied for the demand of the development of future power systems.
