Abstract :
Using electro-optic sampling technique and helping with the application of THz time-domain spectroscopy transmission equipment, the dispersion and absorption of P-Zn3BPO7 crystal had been measured and analyzed in a range from 0.3 THz to 3.0 THz, and the absorption and refractive index were also obtained. There are many peaks in the absorption spectrum and the frequencies of some main sharp-pointed peaks are at 1.396, 2.002, 2.476 and 2.674 THz respectively. The dielectric coefficient had also been studied.
