Abstract
Terahertz time-domain spectroscopy was demonstrated using quartz cells to seal various thick water layers with some type of waters such as deionized water, distilled water, processed water in high magnetic field and the non-processed water. Relatively thick water layer above 200 mum suitable to measure the transparent spectra. The transmittance THz-spectra indicates the absorption of the processed water around 0.75 THz is weak comparing to that of the other type of waters.
