  • Abstract
    We present the development of a high Q broadband resonator. The symmetric open resonator is designed for the 50 GHz to 700 GHz frequency range using Gaussian Beam Mode theory. Accurate measurements of low loss dielectric materials up to 700 GHz are possible.
