Abstract :
This paper discusses how high costs of mobile/wireless technologies impede the successful adoption and diffusion of eHealth services in developing countries with Africa as a focus. It therefore highlights the need for low-cost versions in order to expand and deepen the benefits of eHealth services to populations in Africa.
