Abstract :
Hedoris - the standalone heterogeneous simulation system has been developed to support thermal simulations of heterogeneous devices. The heterogeneity of the simulation system comes from the variety of the software integrated in following packages: the Cadence embedded simulator Spectre uses the models generated by Matlab scripts driven by physical structure descriptions of real heterogeneous devices and device parts. This article reports the developed system and discusses its advancements and limits.
