Abstract
This paper presents design flow for SI systems, which utilize VHDL-AMS models. Proposed approach used ideal models but described in a low level current and voltage domain. The models are described in a way, which allows them to replace with transistor level schematic. The proposed approach was illustrated based on A/D converter designed in SI technique.
