Research on Personalized E-Learning Model

Nowadays, Network and multimedia are the trend of the development of the E-learning technology. With the rapid development of the network technique and the prevalence of the Internet, E-learning has become the major trend of the development of international education since 1980´s, and the important access for the internationalization and the information of education. With the fast development of Internet, people prefer E-learning to traditional learning in classroom. It promotes E-learning consequently. However, because of the discrepancy resulting from the essential difference among different students and the simplex pattern of current E- learning system, students canpsilat learn according to their needs actively, which lead to inefficient learning results. In order to solve this problem, a new personalized E-learning model (PSSEM) combined with the concept of personalized information service is proposed in the paper, the principle and structure are discussed, and some key technologies are introduced.
