  • Abstract
    In this paper, we research on the evolution of corporate culture under the framework of complex adaptive system theory, adopting naming game which is a new language dynamics model. The authors find out that corporate culture is viscous, which is hardly changed when personnel of a company are influenced by exotic culture. Moreover study indicates the managers play a very important role in the reformation of corporate culture.
