Abstract :
The paper uses variable weight grey cluster to evaluate the degree of success in power plant which is this paperpsilas innovative points. First we give an index system for the project degree of success evaluation, which contains four second-indexes (implementation process, operation situation, financial benefit and the effect of environment) and each second-index contains third-index, then use variable weight grey cluster method to evaluate. Lastly, we give an example, and get a satisfaction result; it is fit well with the actual situation. This can be guiding the project construction.
