Abstract
As a newly developed course, the network course (NC) plays very important role in modern teaching and education. Using the theory of grey linear programming, the optimization model of minimizing the cost and optimizing the NC resource is setup. Adapting the grey interval, the variables have a wide range of interval regions to take effect on the cost and the useful resource. The example shows that, if the link in the process of the NC arrangement and course resource allocation is reasonable, the cost in developing the NC will be lowered and the resource will be valuably allocated.
