  • Abstract
    Research on bidding chance decision is very important for construction corporation, especially the corporation which is taking apart in the international project. Unwisely bidding not only will cause loss of the company, but also affect the benefit after winning the tender and the companypsilas future development, even impact on the countrypsilas credit standing. This paper starts with the factors in International project bidding, determines the weights by using expert judgment and hierarchy analysis, and resolves the bidding chance decision with grey comprehensive assessment model according to most factors have grey characters, then particularly expounds the bidding decision process with one project example. On the basis of grey comprehensive assessment theory, the approach tries to reduce the subjectivity but enhance the practicability and maneuverability, provides an advantageous method for company making international project bidding chance decision.
