Abstract :
In this paper, the Schur D-stability of interval matrices is investigated by means of the matrix eigenvalue theory and matrix measure approach. Some new sufficient conditions are obtained which guarantee the Schur D-stability of interval matrices, which use only the entries of boundary matrix of the interval matrices. These results are wider applicable and less conservative than those in recent criteria. Two equivalence relations between the Schur D-stability and the vertex stability and that a new Schur D-stability range of an interval matrix are presented.
