Abstract :
This paper describes the development and implementation of the Programmable RF (radio frequency) signal source operating with quadrature obtained modulation schemes over a 2divide2.5GHz frequency range and the output power level of -5dBm. The module is based on SDR (software defined radio) architecture with Zero-IF up-conversion and in-baseband modulation signal processing. It characterizes a relatively simple construction and high reconfigurability. Presented measurement results of 2.4GHz PA (power amplifier) and 2.4GHzharr3.5GHz transverter verify acceptable parameters of the devices.
