Abstract :
Due to big permittivity, ferroelectric film microwave phase shifter has reduced impedance and therefore needs matching as with the oscillator so with the antenna devices. Elaborated matching section uses the same film that phase shifter and provides as matching so its automatic adaptation to the change in film permittivity during phase shifter operation.
