Abstract :
The design and application of a DSP-based high speed dynamic image sampling and processing system is presented. In this system RS-422A has been designed to sample high speed image and transfer high speed data. High speed DSP(TMS320C40) and high frame rate CCD are used as the sensor of image. The optical image can conveniently be converted into digital image in this image sampling and processing system. With the high speed memories and the high speed DSP, the interface system of high rate data buffer has been realized. DMA data communication technology is adopted to improve the data transfer speed and receive the image data correctly.
