Abstract :
ISKRA-6 facility, the RFNC-VNIIEPH laser for thermonuclear ignition research, requires 2560 main energy storage capacitors of 83.5 kJ at 24 kV with a discharge nominal peak current of 30 kA and 256 preionization capacitors of 17.3 kJ at 24 kV with a discharge nominal peak current of 30 kA.
