Abstract :
Novel inductive energy storage pulse power source was developed for the excitation of low temperature plasma at normal atmospheric pressure. Antibacterial effect of the pulse-excited atmospheric pressure discharge was compared with conventional high-frequency atmospheric pressure glow in He/O2, He/N2, and nitrogen mixture using biological indicator: Geobacillus stearothermophilus.
