Abstract :
To improve the feasibility and precision of vehicle dispatch results, a pseudo normal distribution membership function of fuzzy velocity is proposed based on traffic data simulation in typical roads in Beijing. The VRPB (vehicle routing problem with backhauls) under time-division fuzzy velocity is described, mathematic model is set up. Tabu search algorithm is used to solve the problem. The application of the VRPB under time-division fuzzy velocity validates the membership function of fuzzy velocity, the mathematic model and resolution method.
