Abstract :
To solve the problem of inaccurate control and multivariable coupling in quality pig breeding process, the monitoring and forward decoupling for multivariable fuzzy decoupling control system based on PROFIBUS for quality pig breeding environment is presented. The controlling system combining PROFIBUS and intranet has three layers: product management layer, real-time monitoring layer and direct control layer, it is distributed controlling system and shares its information in quality pig breeding process. The fuzzy controllers and decoupling units are designed dependently, where the neural network with a single hidden layer and a limited number of neurons is employed for decoupling. The simplified training algorithm based on the output error of the system is used for online adjustment of the network weights and realizes dynamic decoupling. The testing results have shown the method is effective.
