Abstract :
It takes about 3 h to measure water ratio of coal by means of common method, so this method can´t be fulfilled need of power produce technique. A new method of rapidly drying is afforded in this paper, which use micro wave as heating source integrated with vacuuming and making higher heating temperature, with this method,the test time can be shorted to fifty seconds greatly, moreover without prominent difference. Then a new on-line measurement system have been designed in this paper, It has such advantage as easily operating, rapidly and convenience interface with distributed control system, moreover with relatively accurate test result.
