Abstract :
This paper analyzed the reliability of 100 MN multi way die forging water press´s computer control system by means of fault tree, and established the model of the fault tree of the control system, then calculated the mean time between fault(MTBF) of the system; to deal with the less reliability part, this paper afford improving means by changing the system structure and enhance redundant of key subsystem to ensure water press running safely and reliably.
