Abstract
While there are great number of used products and potential demands in secondary market, it is a challenge to deliver value of recycled products to customers reasonably and efficiently. The demands from secondary market are more than what the products returned can easily meet because of finite product configurations. As a result customers have to compromise with vendors for low price and finite choices. So how to narrow the gap between the ideal products reflecting customerspsila demands and the finite returned product configurations is the key to improve customers´ satisfaction degree. An optimizing framework of reused product configuration is explored to solve this problem while a quantitative experiment is carried out to verify the optimizing process.
