Abstract :
How to select feasible promoting ways according to the electric power users is the important problem need to solving in the. the power supply enterprise CRM management. The paper uses utility function, VAR, and multistage fuzzy evaluation to analyzing the utility of users by different improving ways, then for the VAR analyzing, and the article puts forward the method of implementing the CRM control by power supply enterprises. Finally, an example is used to confirm rationality of the method.
