Abstract :
This paper proposes a discovery solution, which is based on the usability of semantic Web service, this solution can solve the selection problem of combined Web service; such as "semantic exports of more than one services include semantic imports of other follow-up services". To obtain the most suitable Web service, this method used certain rules to sort the examples of Web services found by dynamic adaptive template. These rules are used to quantify functional attributes and non-functional attributes of the Web service, to combine different semantic matching degree, and to define usability of Web services. Based on OWL-S and Microsoft.NET, we used the proposed rules to achieve the matching engine, and tested it in the prototype system we developed. Experimental results show that the use of the rules not only can help to find more available Web services, but also can improve on the basis of results, at the same time, it can improve precision.
