Abstract :
Evaluation index system is necessary for the urban fire risk assessment. According to the actual situation, this paper established the fire risk possibility and seriousness evaluation index system which laid the foundation for fire risk assessment. At the same time a special summary of indexes, where the summary coefficient is calculated in accordance with samples instead of the prior designated, is discussed. The least squares estimation of the model is given by the interactive projection algorithm between the convex set and the maximum likelihood estimation is made by using EM algorithm, so as to provides a new analysis method for urban fire risk evaluation index system.
