Factor Interaction and Evaluation of the Enterprise Niche Based on Mutation

It is a new research to apply the thoughts, theories and methods of ecology to the research of enterprise management, and it hasn´t developed a comprehensive theory system about the enterprise niche at home and abroad. This paper is going to research the influence on the enterprise adaptability from the perspective of enterprise niche factor interaction and put forward an enterprises niche evaluation method based on the relationship types of the enterprises niche factors using the niche and mutation theory. It will construct a mutation model of the enterprise niche factors and explain the feasibility and steps of this method by evaluating four domestic telecom enterprises niche.
