Abstract :
This article proposes an extended Petri net model based on EEPC, for the purpose of achieving the correctness and validity of qualitative and quantitative business process analysis, as warranted by the literature. The proposed model then is applied to a clinic process at a comprehensive hospital and the findings are reported.
