  • Abstract
Organisms are likely to have natural computation mechanisms, and their computational service is the key to survival. The conduction route of animal olfactory system has been proposed in this paper, and computation is considered as the inherent mechanism of the nature and the base of intelligence. Cluster analysis is established on simulation of brain computing pattern. According to this view, the pattern recognition module from computing pattern existing in the olfactory organs to current computer simulation mode inspired by the olfactory organs has been presented. The experiments proved that this module can identify the composition of mixed gases, and provide effective methods to implement the bionic operation of electronic nose.
