Abstract
Through using the combination method of questionnaire and analytic hierarchy process, the author pointed out the risk factor´s significance order of the town water supply BOT project in China and presented quantitative targets of risk evaluation based on the risk identification. Thus, this paper can supply the gist for managing risk scientifically and effectively.
