Abstract :
With the rapid development of international petroleum engineering service market, it´s unavoidable for Chinese petroleum enterprises to encounter kinds of risks when exploring overseas market, so it becomes important to require the risks evaluation of overseas market. Through risks recognition, considering five aspects including petroleum industry economy and legal environment, general social and political environment, marketing workload, client risk and competition environment, the index system of risk evaluation of international petroleum engineering market is established. After the value assess with expert subjective evaluation method, AHP method was adopted to evaluate representative countries. The evaluation result is important for understanding country risks, considering market entry mode, pricing and overseas market decision-making.
