Abstract
Manufacturer-supplier joint R&D basing on MICK resource integration is an effective method for new product development. However, the relationship risk in manufacturer-supplier joint R&D is particularly acute because the problems happened during the joint R&D such as different goals, uneven distribution of benefit, opportunism and so on. In this paper, relationship risk in manufacturer-supplier joint R&D basing on MICK resource integration was analyzed. Cognitive model of relationship risk was built up. In order to minimize the total relationship risk in risk area within the constraint of limited funds, the decision-making model of risk control was built up. The scientific decision-making method was raised to control the relationship risk in manufacturer-supplier joint R&D.
