Abstract
Innovation, as an important firm strategy, is the key activity that contributes to building core competitive advantage. During the process, the social capital decides the level of company´s gaining innovative knowledge and innovating. This paper, based on social capital theory and knowledge management theory, explores the relationship between knowledge´s transfer and innovation, and identify the three social capitals which impacting on knowledge´s transfer and innovation.
