Abstract
This paper explores the interaction of organizational culture, intellectual capital and fire performance. Based on survey data from 167 companies in China, our result shows that both organizational culture hasn´t positive firm performance, and intellectual capital has positive effects on firm performance, which demonstrates that intellectual capital significantly mediated the effect of organizational culture on firm performance.
