Abstract :
Customer knowledge has increasingly been recognized within marketing as a significant resource, and it is the base of successful new product development. This paper analyzes the meaning and classification of customer knowledge, discusses the process of customer knowledge integration based on new product development, and then polices of customer knowledge integration for new product development to be successful.
