Abstract :
Sanjiang Plain is the biggest freshwater marsh area of China. In recent years, precipitation reduction is an important natural factor leading to the decrease of marsh area, and Bielahong River is a representative marsh river in Sanjiang Plain, so taking the precipitation of hydrological stations on the river as an example, a fuzzy neural network model is constructed to forecast precipitation, which obtains excellent results and provides a new thought for the research of the field.
