Study on Implicit Human Capital Transaction of High-Skilled Talents Based on SECI Model

"The human capital is fundamentally aimed at innovation, which doesn\´t only refer to the innovation in the products and service, but also in the operational flow of commerce" (Stewart , 1997). Implicit human capital is a new view on the research into human capital, which is also the source of innovation. This paper defines and analyses implicit human capital of high-skilled talents. Based on the analysis of its important meaning and limitation, it puts forward the conclusion that the implicit human capital transaction of high-skilled talents needs the support of the study mechanism and share mechanism, and builds the model of implicit human capital transaction mechanism based on SECI model_.
