  • Abstract
    The paper uses structural equation method to verify the relationship among R&D team social capital, the team knowledge growth and team effectiveness. And comes to a conclusion that the buildup of R&D team social capital can cause the increase of the team knowledge growth, hence over, indirectly enhances the team effectiveness obviously. At last, the paper gives some advice on instructing the efficiency management of knowledge team.
