Research on the Model of Knowledge Creation and the Way of Knowledge Transfer in University

In national innovation system university actually play a role to promote innovation ability of our country, and stand in the top level of national innovation. In this paper, through analyzing the classification, the model of the university knowledge creation, the attribute and the character of knowledge of university, the transfer way of the university knowledge are discussed. Therefore, the study of knowledge creation and transfer of university is the best way to satisfy multidimensional character of the quality of higher education, and improve the existing education quality of university.
