Study on Evaluation of Rural Collective Society Correlation Degree in Northeast Region Based on the RAGA-PPC Model

Farmer´s positive participation plays an important part in socialist new countryside construction, therefore this article takes encouraging farmers to participate in rural public product supply enthusiastically as the main purpose. This article weighs farmers´ enthusiasm by the collective society correlation degree, takes Juyuan town in Dao Wai District, Harbin as the example, uses RAGA and the PPC model coupling method to carry on the appraisal and influence factor importance sort to seven administrative villages´ collective society interrelatedness in Juyuan town , then according to the appraisal result and the influence factor analysis, it proposes effective countermeasures. Finally, it points out its application value and some problems which are to be solved in future.
