Abstract :
Collaborative innovation is an important means to enhance the competitiveness and the vitality of enterprises in the 21st century, and is an effective way to create and accumulate knowledge. The key risk factors are analyzed for the one of knowledge transfer and a matter- element model of risks is built by the extension method, and then through practical research, an application method is provided. The comprehensive assessment method for knowledge transfer risks in collaborative innovation is raised, which provides a kind of new idea and method for enterprise risk decision.
