  • Abstract
    Based on the view that knowledge management system (KMS) in enterprise is an integrated social-technical system, this paper first defines the connotation of Integrated Knowledge Management System (IKMS), and then sets up a conceptual model of IKMS. Finally, the paper does universal test of the conceptual model using structure equation model (SEM) and analyses its possibility of practical use. The purpose of the paper is to provide a theoretical frame for enterprises requiring knowledge management (KM).
