Abstract :
The value of human resources is initiative and environment-dependent, the collaborative way of reservoir management makes the work of individual human resources evaluation more difficult, on the base of analysis the characteristic and the special requirements of human resources evaluation under the mode of reservoir management, integrate the evaluation of individual and the team, analysis the relationship of the value impact factors, turn the evaluation of individual human resources into the calculation of a pyramid´s volume, educe the evaluation model, also discuss the determination of the parameters in the model.
